3. 3D Design
Custom design is carried out with MindCAD software based on the size of the foot and the base design which is requested

4. 3D Print
Used to print shoe last design in 3 dimension shape as a reference in shoe last making

5. Pattern Cut
Data from the 3D Design are then transferred to 2D Modelling to get an accurate pattern using Zund Pattern Cutting

6. Material Cut
Used to cut various materials e.g fabric and leather based on the patterns generated by specific software (MindCut)

7. Skiving
Used to reduce the thickness of the material, so it is easier to assembly when combined using a sewing machine or adhesive

Used to sew automatically based on a pattern that has been stored in the computer

Used to make stitches from the upper of the shoe (upper) to the insole

10. Sole Injection
Used to make the sole and directly attached to the shoe upper
